ELECTRONIC CONDUCTIVITY ONE-DIMENSIONAL NANOSYSTEM WITH CHAOTIC PO- TENTIAL
Abstract
The electron properties of one-dimensional disordered systems are investigated. The dependencies of transparency coefficients and electron conductivity on the system length, disorder degree and the elec- tron energy are obtained. The comparison of results of numerical simulations between the compositional and the topological types of chaos in positions of impurity centers is performed.
