Abstract

The paper is denoted to investigation by methods of nonlinear wave dynamics and method of scailing of some extremely trigger processes in semiconductors and in biophysics.

There are carried out by scailing method expansions of solution for electrical field semiconductor on plane waves with any modifications and supplementation of simulations as well as precisions of some formulae, obtained in H.Haken book, furthermore using method of nonlinear waves is derived formula for probability of steady state. If is done investigation of probabilities of phase transitions of first and second kind for Gann instability in semiconductors Besides by application of methods of wave dynamics to direct investigation of nonlinear diffusion equation with delta-fluctuations is obtained probability distribution near stationary state, in vicinity of limited steady state, as well as mean values of considered process parameter.

All obtained results are extended on dynamics of options in economics and in problem of traffic motion. Also by method of nonlinear wave dynamics are determined probabilities of stochastic processes for biosensors.
