OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF MULTILAYER NANOSTRUCTURED COATINGS FOR SILICON PHOTOCONVERTERS
Abstract
The spectra of reflection, transmittance and absorbance of the inhomogeneous layers, consisting of porous silicon and Si-SiO2 nanocomposite on a silicon surface are calculated. The influence of a profile of the distribution of medium parameters on the propagation of electromagnetic waves through the system, consisting of a Sisubstrate and gradient-index antireflection coating is analyzed. The nanoporous silicon layers were deposited by the method of electrochemical anodizing. The dependence of the spectral reflection on the conditions of layer formation is investigated.
