Abstract

The given work to the question of an estimation of the energy of the error of Artificial Immune System (AIS) forecasting the epizootic plagues and the intensity of spreading infection is devoted. Processing of the multidimensional data set with help AIS to results in the number of the serious problems influencing on the reliability of the forecast. The estimation of errors AIS is carrier out the basis of properties homologous proteins.
