Abstract

In this paper we consider the technology for manufacturing thin-film solar cell is a dye sensitized, i.e, the so-called cell Gratzel, the introduction of new elements in the "sandwich" structure of the layered coating. In particular, as a dye used anthocyanin dye interacts well with nanoparticles titanium dioxide. In ethylene glycol was replaced with iodide crystal as an electrolyte solution. The conductive transparent coating ITO (InSnO) was deposited by magnetron sputtering gas discharge. TiO2 coating microstructure shows before and after application of the dye in a scanning electron microscope. Shows, the absorption spectra of the photosensitive layer of TiO2 with a dye. We measured the photoelectric characteristics of manufactured sample solar cell (SC).

Keywords: DSSC (dye-sensitized solar cell), titanium dioxide, dye, conductive transparent glass, absorption spectrum, rapid thermal annealing.
