Abstract

In was determined the modes of synthesis of nano-sized silver powder by electrical discharge machining to install №12-6. The offered technology allows to receive nano - and submicronic particles of silver for receiving conducting contacts the fotovoltaicheskikh of elements. Conducting layers 30-50 microns thick with the general porosity 0,86 and relative conductivity of layers 0,85 are received from conductivity of massive silver.
