Abstract

The regularities of the emergence and evolution of an open nonequilibrium dynamic system (ONDS) as the main structural element of nature are considered. It is shown how the laws of the dynamics of their elements determine the laws of the system. The question of the universality of the laws of evolution of ONDS and their interrelation with the laws of classical mechanics is discussed. It is obtained that the possibility of representing the physical picture of matter in the form of a set of ONDS follows from the laws of classical mechanics. A new approach to the construction of a formalism for the study of the evolution of natural systems is developing. From the positions of determinism and based on the principle of symmetry duality of the system and the environment, the conditions of stationarity and harmony of ONDS with external constraints are studied. The principles of the emergence and existence of ONDS determined by energy, matter and negentropy fluxes are singled out. It is shown that these principles are universal and do not depend on the complexity of the ONDS. It is established that harmony with external constraints is achieved, thanks to the balance of energy, matter and entropy fluxes for ONDS, which allows one to formalize the solution of problems on the study of ONDS. Considered how determinism helps in building the laws of the development of the physical picture of the world. These results are obtained due to the existence of the principles of transition from "simple to complex." This means that, knowing these principles, you can build a physical picture of the world.
