Abstract

Resume. Large open systems (LOS) are the objects for researches of medical-biological branches of science. Their subsystems create the hierarchic structure. “Static” – morphological and “dynamic” physiological subsystems are subdivided inside it. Reductionism of science and LOS determinated the research methodology for biological and medical sciences. All these brought to large difficulties at attempts of universal approach creation, suitable for precise quantitative descriptions of living systems. At present physical conception of the World begins to enrich by ideas of LOS. Statistical physics develops intensively, nets, non-linear, neutrons, fractals and other models of physical phenomena appear. Analysis of physics and biology development let us to describe of LOS’s state by quantity of basic elements and their independent parameters; values and set of constants; set of interactions; distributions in space of values of parameters; dynamics of these distributions. Specific patterns for receiving and introductions of biological analogues for number of physical values are given as practical development of such ideas. Effectiveness of such approach is shown. Key words: medicine, biology, statistical physics, large open systems (LOS), hierarchic structure, anatomic systems, morphological systems, physiological systems
