BUTYRYLCHOLINESTERASE ACTIVITY OF STRUCTURES OF THE BRAIN UPON MICROWAVE RADIATION
Abstract
On rats it established, that microwave radiation, evoked rearrangements of electrical activity in the neocortex, leads to pronounced alterations of cholinesterase activity, specifically BCHE. Rise of level of activity of BCHE arises during first minutes of influence of microwaves. Afterwards effect depends on duration of influence and elements of adaptation. Conclusion about participation of BCHE in development of electrical reactions of the brain upon microwave radiation was done.
