Abstract

Annotation. Different indexes of organism can be used as markers of rhythms are in experimental researches, and also in medicine during realization of the chronobiologic approach to treatment. The state-of-the-art review of the applied markers for establishment of physiological norm or pathology of functions of organism, their dignity, defects and criteria of choice for separate situations is conducted.
