EVOLUTION: SYSTEM STATUS AND CONTROL

Abstract

In line of information approach on the TDIS basis evolution represents the operator which
transforms functional parameters of the system. The objective and subjective origins are revealed
in the systems development. An idea of a system genome is given like distribution of a
transformation levels values set (passives-active transformation) by the system as tensions
responsible for decision-making in this system. The option of evolution purposeful management
through genomes hierarchy is offered. Some proposals for society development are formulated
with taking into account the evolution system status.
