Information For Authors

Submissions to the journal are made using Open Journal System, the online submission and peer review system. Registration and access is available at Submissions.

The article is submitted in electronic format (in the formats .doc, .docx, .rtf) only by downloading it through the functionality of the journal's website (Open Journal System).

The author for correspondence is obliged to provide a cover letter for publication in the journal.

Requirements for the article (You can use the TEMPLATE for preparing your article): 

For publication, a previously unpublished by the author (s) material is accepted that corresponds to the profile of the journal/journal series in Russian, Kazakh or English.

All articles are subject to mandatory reviewing (expert assessment), literary and technical editing. Additional selection of reviewers, provision of objective and timely reviewing is carried out by the Editorial Board. The editorial board of the journal determines the correspondence of the article to the profile of the Journal, the requirements for registration and sends it for review to a specialist (independent expert). All reviewers are recognized experts on the subject of the peer-reviewed materials and have published publications on the subject of the peer-reviewed article over the past three years. The review is carried out confidentially.

The most important criteria for evaluating an article are: the relevance of the chosen topic and the problem posed; the novelty of the material presented, the author's personal contribution to the problem under study; the correctness of the terminological apparatus, citation, the reliability of the facts; use of modern sources and scientific methods; theoretical or applied significance of the research; validity of scientific findings; consistency, accessibility of presentation; compliance with the requirements for the design of articles.

If the article does not meet the requirements, the editorial board has the right to reject it. 

Mandatory requirements:

1.The IRSTI index should be placed in the top left corner (Times New Roman, 12 pt).

  1. Below, with single spacing, the full title of the article should be written in uppercase letters, in bold, and centered.
  2. Below, with single spacing, the authors’ initials and surnames should be written in regular font. Include the full names of the institutions, cities, and countries where the work was conducted, as well as the e-mail of one of the authors. Footnotes indicating the authors’ affiliations should also be provided.
  3. Below, with single spacing, a brief abstract (150–250 words) should be provided (Times New Roman, 10 pt). The abstract must outline the overall focus of the article and summarize its main results, and it should be self-contained. References to literature or any sections or elements of the article are not allowed.
  4. Keywords (3–5 keywords) relevant to the submitted article (Times New Roman, 10 pt).
  5. The main text of the article should be single-spaced in a single column on the page. The text must be set in Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular font. Line spacing should be single, with margins of 2 cm on all sides.

The article should be divided into the following sections: Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References, Funding Information, Conflict of Interest.

 

1. At the end of the article, a References section should be provided. In-text citations must follow the template.

2. Abbreviations of words, names, and titles are not allowed, except for accepted abbreviations of units of measurement and physical, chemical, technical, and mathematical quantities.

3.  Equations (must be typed using Microsoft Equation or MathType), figures, and tables should be numbered according to the order in which they are mentioned in the text.

4. Tables should have titles and be numbered using Arabic numerals. Include explanations and notes where necessary.

References are formatted in accordance with APA Style (7th edition). (http://www.apastyle.org/).  The reference list must fully correspond to the main text of the article and include all (and only) works cited therein. References originally published in non-Latin alphabets must be transliterated into the Latin alphabet.

6.  A separate page must provide the authors’ information, including full names, affiliations, positions, academic degrees and titles, contact phone numbers, and e-mail addresses.

 

When writing the article, a detailed analysis of the topic’s relevance must be conducted. The literature review should include at least 25 scientific articles, with at least 50% being international publications from the past five years.

The romanized entry should follow this structure (it is required for the inclusion of the journal in international databases):

Author(s) (transliteration) → (Year in parentheses) → Title of the article in transliteration [English translation of the title in square brackets] → Title of the source in transliteration (or official English title, if available) → Publication details in English.

At the end of the manuscript, authors must include a statement specifying the contribution of each author in accordance with the CRediT taxonomy.
