CRITICAL STATISTICAL ENSEMBLES IN ELECTRON NANOSYSTEMS AT THE LOCALIZATION TRANSITION

Abstract

The statistical properties of spectra in the electron nanostuctures are studied with and without magnetic fields. It is shown that the spectral correlations exhibit universal scale-independent behaviour characteristic of critical statistical ensembles.
