Abstract

Abstract: This paper describes a new method for manufacturing a silicon solar cell with shielding coating of silicon nanowires wherein silicon nanowire solar cells are used as an effective anti-reflection coating and active absorbing layer. The paper discusses the spectra of light reflection and spectral characteristics of a solar cell.
